Full Body Workout: Week of 2/23

What you need:

  • Incline Bench or Tall/Narrow box

  • Dumbbells

  • Short box or aerobic Step

  • Flat Bench

Perform Each Exercise for 3-5 sets of 3-9 reps each in circuit fashion, resting 30-90 seconds between each exercise (or until your heart rate recovers to 70% of its max.
